Here are some fun things to try.

compositions and backgrounds are great. Some of the picks are lacking in the body language and moodiness. Y'all need to show a little more attitude, or even just concentration, I think.

You all seem to pose better when there is some distance between y'all and the camera.

Go down to the docks or an alley downtown, find something gray and funky as a prop to pose near, do it just after suinset, the light will be best then.
pose fairly close together like you did in the barn picture. Have every one in a slightly uncomfortable and different body position. NOT all standing up straight and facing the same way.

Heidi you stare into the camera, everyone else, look indifferent, look away, at least a little like you are interested in something else or just bored with the whole thing.

Here is the most important thing. Just before the picture is snapped, everyone should imagine that they just stepped on a cow patty in their bare feet.

The above is a bit of a joke but not far off, try to look (expressions and body language) like you do on stage. I'm sure you don't all look at one point (the camera lens) when you do that.

All this might give your band picture a nice urban Seattle grungy downtown feel.

That beach is fantastic. I wish I could take you there at sunset with a camera and about a 200 mm lens. You'd get quite a picture.

Another thing you could try when posing is to get a ghetto blaster and play one of y'alls songs when posing, with all of you trying to get in the same mood you are in when you play it on stage.
